Medical Screening and Laboratory Test

Comprehensive medical assessments and laboratory tests. At the time an admission is scheduled to a state licensed substance abuse treatment facility, a staff member from that facility calls Caritas to schedule an appointment.

Department of Children and Family Servies Collaboration

This program helps improve permanency outcomes for custodial parents involved with DCFS who also have substance abuse needs.

Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (OMAT)

 

This program services opiate dependent adult individuals which help restore life functioning with use of methadone as an adjunct to treatment.

HIV/AIDS Services

 

Counseling and testing is available for clients who have been thinking about their HIV/AIDS status.

CHA Initiative

 

Through this speical project, Chicago Housing Authority residents receive alcohol and substance abuse assessments and access to treatment.

Special Projects

 

We also collaborate with other facilities within the Chicagoland area to accomplish grants.
